Manipulation of the Lumbar-Pelvis-Sacral Region

Learn when spinal manipulation is appropriate — and more importantly, when manipulation is NOT appropriate. Understand correct positioning for multiple manipulation techniques and their proper execution for the lumbar spine, pelvis and SI joint. The course emphasizes knowing how to manipulate a specific joint in a specific direction, rather than on doing general or global manipulations. Particular attention will be given to doing each technique in the safest manner. You will have plenty of lab time for practice and one-on-one instruction. Students are expected to do the necessary practice between the course weekends.
